Meet our Founder
I’m Chris, founder of Solis. After starting my career in welfare to work, I joined the recruitment industry and worked my way up to become the COO of an international recruitment business responsible for 100 consultants and £15m NFI.
Every year I was faced with the same challenges. High competition for talent, low staff retention, and a lack of differentiation. And I became frustrated with the lack of options available to me to deliver change.
That’s why I started Solis. It combines my passion of providing people with opportunity, utilises my knowledge and experience of recruitment, and allows me to deliver that change the industry needs. I’m now focused on helping agencies grow by providing them with the next generation of recruitment talent.
